Excellent
Very nice simple explanation and techniques
Excellent presentation
“Very informative, illustrative and fruitful webinar. Good operative illustrations. Very important tips and tricks: - Anatomy of facial nerve branches and how to avoid their injury. Tension free closure of skin flap
Number of sutures taken in SMAS: 30-40 in comparison to 8-10 of the classic technique.”
“Very useful interesting as usual, huge effort to explain in detail the operation techniques and surgical tricks, as deep plane face lifting requires a precise knowledge of the area, and delicate work rather than just doing a superficial lifting of the skin.
The webinar’s speaker showcased impressive depth in the field of nasal tip correction. It's rare to find such a combination of expertise and teaching ability. Their command on the topic was inspiring.
The webinar was an enlightening and educational experience. The detailed explanations and the practical demonstration of the latest techniques were particularly impressive.
Attending this webinar has significantly broadened my understanding of nasal tip dynamics. Presentations on subtle anatomical variations and their surgical implications were of great value. The knowledge gained will undoubtedly translate into better patient outcomes.
That was an academic and informative lecture and I appreciate the hard work of the prof for arranging such an important and academic activity. And looking forward to the future, and also, I need those presentations. From where I can get all those
Dr. Bizrah is a remarkable surgeon with a practical no-nonsense approach to rhinoplasty. His dexterity is amazing and makes this difficult operation seem easy.
I enjoyed his treatment of the short columella with the pre septal graft, and the pushdown procedure which also seems easy to the untrained eye. Also, his treatment of the medial crura which narrows the nose, without the trimming of the cephalic lower lateral cartilages.
Short, clear and very informative event Thank you very much
Interesting Webinar. Contains many interesting Topics especially in Facelift
Your webinar makes it very simple to understand minor and crucial points in Septorhinoplasty
Nice demonstration of surgery and comparison of closed vs open techniques. Very informative video – not only for trainees but also for experienced surgeons.
“Vivid. Dr Bizrah seems so explanatory. Under different circumstances I would have asked him if he could accept me in real OP as an observer.”
I have learnt the trick from fat transposition for lower blepharoplasty and other procedure
The webinar was very useful, explaining and clarifying preservation techniques in rhinoplasty and simplifying the application of various techniques to address nasal deformities. At times it was difficult to really see how these techniques were being performed, but overall, it was clear.
The videos were very clear, well heard, and clearly explained. Cases with enlarged pre-op photos in OR to compare the improvements while operating was a new concept and great idea. Thank you for the effort made to make it a huge success. Well done!.
Dear Professor Bizrah It is an honour for me to attend this lecture ,such a brilliant idea . I am happy you trained with Mr T. Bll ,I spent almost one year with him, visiting Royal National ENT Hospital at Grey's Inn road ,London ,through 1992-1993. The SR at that time was Krishna Reddy, was a dear friend ,I attended Basic& advanced Rhinoplasty courses with him. I am not as clever as you sir , but I do some good rhinoplasty job in my private hospital in Cairo. If you permit me,I may send you cases for your valuable openion ,and may be one day I visit you in your hospital. Many thanks sir
“Very wonderful explanation and innovative detailed explanation of the technique with very clear video demonstration”
The segment on avoiding common mistakes was particularly insightful.
Dear Dr. Bizrah. I really want to thank you that you give the audience such opportunity to let them attend your webinars and watch your skills and listen to your advices. It was a pleasure for me to see such a profession like you speaking with high confidence and doing the three SMAS’s and ble...

“Very well-presented webinar. It was really impressive to see the techniques and the surgical approach step by step.”
A very interesting topic with an excellent demonstration of such a complicated procedure in a clear way. I’d like Dr. Bashar to analysis the deformity in diagrams and formulate the operative plan in a clearer way.
It was step by step, simplified with live streaming of operation, a new method. Need more about the crooked nose that has difficult to manage deviated septum with closed Alar open approach. Thx a lot”
“Thank you for imparting your knowledge and experience to us through these webinars. It is very helpful to understand other surgical techniques and approaches, it makes a great difference to my job!”

I have followed many webinars of Dr Bizrah, who gives a lot of useful advice to reach good results. 👍🏻
You make see so easy to understand The Technique. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to learn through Your hands! Thanks to share.
“The lecture was very informative and discussed the surgeon's personal journey and experience.”
“Very nicely explained each and every step and dissection were extremely excellent. We displayed on big screen and such a nice bloodless field was enjoying.”
“Thank you for your informative presentation, it was a great opportunity to learn and understand this type of operation. I wish you all success “.
Great presentation and video demonstration with great skills and techniques especially the open approach clip.
Dr Bizrah is a good surgeon and a teacher. These webinars are very helpful for the novice and senior surgeons.
“Clear, concise, excellent video recordings, really informative. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you”.
Well worded teaching session with a very clear video of a well-executed procedure.
This step is difficult to do for fear of getting unequal dimensions Your approach has cleared this confusion
Its good and a great learning opportunity. The way you describe and make things easy is great. Thank you
Excellent presentation, stimulating, enjoyable and interactive talks from an expert in rhinoplasty. Thank you very much.
Lots of surgical pearls from obviously very experienced surgeons. Just long enough and not trying to cram too much in. Thank you to both speakers.
Because it was only focused on Crooked noses, there were many useful tips from the talks targeted to this subject. Very
Very nice cartilage technique demonstration. Last part of lower lateral closure and suture part was not very clear. But very impressive results.
The presentation was very well illustrated, and the speaker showed a deep understanding of the surgical procedures!
Being a rhinoplasty surgeon for years, I was impressed with the innovative approaches Dr. Bizrah presented. While minimally invasive surgery is commonplace currently, Dr. Bizrah's minimally invasive approach is novel, and I learned many exciting tips for myself. The human skull in general, and the nasal area, is a subject of normative lateral asymmetry even if no underline pathology is observed. Therefore, some elements of Dr. Bizrah's technique have an extensive application. I want to invite Dr. Bizrah to Israel to share our research and clinical experience at any convenient time.
Crooked nose is a very difficult surgery, and its recurrence is more common than other problems. I saw some mistakes I made in this webinar and learned their solutions.
Great slake technique makes things look straight forward in a simple way
Great Webinar, I enjoied very much also because i had the privilege to see you performing it. Congratulations once again,
Hello , I attended your seminar. You are a high class specialist. Thanks for the great presentation. Best regards
Very nice presentation of transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty, little bit shorter presentation of SMAS suture techniques!!! Very educational
Thanks for the nice webinar content, much better if there is moderator who present Dr. Bashar, also the content is how I do it, more before and after photos, more about complications, Regards
“Innovative approach to the tip. didn’t quite catch the detail of the oblique dome transection but got the idea”.
“Very interesting new surgical approach for Rhinoplasty. Also, the procedure is very easily explained and well demonstrated”.
